Roles and Responsibilities :
- Proven experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to motivate & lead people, hold employees accountable.
- Providing guidance to team members in their assigned duties and evaluating their performance.
- Planning and analyzing the business opportunities.
- Develop and drive sales initiatives to achieve set goals by mentoring and motivating the team
- Procuring new clients and attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Competitor Trend Monitoring and Competitor Benchmarking in order to effectively balance competing priorities to fulfill all customer expectations i.e., keeping abreast with competitors, residential property offerings, pricing, location, quality, etc.
- Devising new and innovative selling and promotional techniques / schemes
- Educating the client with the market trends, keeping them aware with the rental returns and the price appreciation they may get after investing in our properties.
- Delivering targeted top line as per the projects business plan by meeting sales targets.
- Delivering positive customer experience to a distinguished client base.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Rich experience in sales & business development.
- 3+ years relevant experience in Real Estate industry.
- Must have handled a team of minimum 5 people or above
- Excellent negotiation, networking and communication skills.
- Must have the highest ethical standards.
