BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical:
- Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific software requirements.
- Planning of the projects like scope, requirements, timelines and the wire-framing. Requirements Gathering.
- Bidding on portals like Upwork, Elance.com, Guru.com, freelancer, Odesk etc.
- Initial requirement gathering from customers through calls, skype, IMs and Emails.
- Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs.
- Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagement.
- Manage Client.
General:
- Experience communicating with International customers.
- Experience in selling web solutions and custom development solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written skills. Should be able to interact with domestic and international customers on phone.
- Excellent Documentation Skills like SOW and Proposal Writing.
- Experience in Negotiating and Closing leads.
- Strong Analytical Skills
