Responsibilities:
A person who can work on with video and static creative content and has a flair for language as well.
- Production of considered and effective digital content. Creation of all digital advertising and campaigns, email campaigns, on-site experience and social assets
- A thorough understanding and expert knowledge of the content, involving managing schedules and processes to ensure consistent storytelling across the brand and all of the different touch points.
- Design the social media posts according to the social calendar with the cross functional teams (Social media, copywriting, marketing teams)
- Consistent work on defining the brand identity, ensuring a consistent tone and brand positioning, adhering to all audience segments
- Work alongside the Marketing team and collaborate on creative campaigns - defining, shaping and realising innovative ideas through graphic and motion design
- Work closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing to execute concepts across Website, Email, Media, Social, Catalogue, Print Ads, Editorial and misc.
- Work in partnership with the Marketing Team to craft, create and deliver the digital and social content strategy. Particular focus placed on the delivery of e-commerce imagery and compelling content for the website.
Qualification Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design and creatives.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
- Excellent video editing/ animation skills are a MUST.
- Full of creative ideas and constantly looking for new ways to tell a story.
- Understanding of brand guidelines, ensuring content is on-brand, and explore fresh ideas within.
