Job Description :

- Strategize for the achievement of zonal sales targets

- Continuously monitor the achievement of targets

- Ensure the satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns

- Enhance the productivity of KC,Hospital managers, and Fleet managers in the respective zone

- Daily interaction with City managers for updates on products/services provided, revenue, training, and support

- Ensure the proper collection of payment from customers, operators, and clients

- Ensure Zero- leakage from respective hospitals and clinics

- Keep a close eye on the market level for building a prospective client

- Interact with some customers for service feedback

- Increase morale in the team during meetings and in batch-wise sessions and maintain discipline and decorum in the team

- Planning and structuring the business and team;

- Validate the feedback and data collected by regional Hospital managers & the team;

- Train the team regularly on new and existing services;

- Explore new avenues of source and channel to ensure the growth of the zone;

- Revenue optimization and cost control;

Qualification Requirements :

- MBA degree with a specialization in Business Management/Operations or any graduation degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of sales/operations/Business Development experience;

- Prior (0-3 years) experience in Healthcare can be an added advantage;

- To Speak the Kannada Language is Mandatory.

Skills and Competencies :

- Good knowledge of MS Office

- Willing to work long hours and lead a team

- Quick learner, target and goal-driven;

Languages : Kannada, English, Telugu & Hindi.
