Management Trainee - Marketing

We are currently looking to hire a management trainee as Executive assistant cum marketing lead to the MD.

- This person in future will be using her marketing experience in business development and sales.

- The role as an EA will involve very close working with the country head/MD and will take care of his entire market interface, presence, media management in addition to the other marketing activities of the company.

- This position comes with a huge confidentiality associated and hence the maturity of the person is one of the key factor.

- The role involves extensive travelling, attending conferences, annual marketing plan, budget management, claims handling in coordination with regional and global marketing in Singapore and Germany.

- The person would an excellent orator, communicator with high inter-personal skills and possess a pleasing and attractive personality.

- This position would involve coordinating and networking with C-level executives hence the personality, communication and maturity will be rated as highly important.

- A strong inclination towards customer relationships, interfacing, sales and business development skills and interest must be key for this role.
