SRSG - Business Manager (4-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- The goal will be to ensure the profitability of SRSG call center to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
- We are looking for experienced Business Manager to lead and oversee the work of employees in call center & FMS in corporate.
- Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.
- Candidate should be a competent leader able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the company's vision and culture.
- Candidate should have worked with major Corporate houses in India.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Organize and coordinate call center operations/ FMS in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Involve and help Sales team to convert sales lead with committed support revenue
- Responsible for maintain the operational cost.
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
- Look forward to introduce new technologies/vendors to ensure low cost at best price.
- Responsible to develop skills of team.
- Sharing prices/quotations to customer.
- Maintain documentation work.
- Responsible for on-time payment collection.
- Responsible for successfully completion of project by team.
CTC and Work Exp
- We are looking at 4+ years of relevant work exp
- CTC around 6-7 LPA
