Growth & Performance Marketing Manager - JD
- We are currently on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager to work together with our Business Development, Marketing, Affiliate Program, Content and Product Management teams to help propel our product forward. To succeed in this role you should have experience within a growth or performance role, you should have an analytical mindset, as well as being able to think creatively to solve problems.
- If you are passionate about increasing brand awareness, sales, subscriptions, and enjoy using data to solve problems and identify content opportunities and landing page improvements then you will fit right in.
- You should be a great communicator and happy working in cross collaborative teams.
Responsibilities :
- Take responsibility for the growth marketing for the brand's D2C portal which also includes the Affiliate Program, CRM strategy, processes and implementation.
- Manage Performance Marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive traffic towards our platform with a focus on paid tactics.
- Improve audience expansion and customer lifetime value together with the aim of reducing acquisition costs.
- Be responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from your campaigns and analyse performance, insights, blockers and areas of opportunity.
- Optimise ad delivery, landing page conversion and under experience driving user activations as efficiently as possible.
- Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us.
- Be in control of setting your KPIs, particularly around sign-up, activations, cost-per-acquisition and cost-per-activation. You should strive to continuously outperform yourself.
- Work together with external agencies to optimise the delivery of your campaigns and discover new audiences.
- Have the creative ability to craft beautiful and enriching content together with the marketing team to enhance your campaigns.
- Ideally you also have some UX and social media writing experience.
- 3+ years experience in a Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing role. You have worked on Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Bing, Affiliate Marketing, Retention Marketing platforms i.e WebEngage, landing pages, blogs, SEO/SEA, email campaigns, social media and display marketing.
- The ability to manage SEO and SEM marketing campaigns, as well as social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in using Shopify and Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing / digital marketing / driving a sales program /account management, with at least 1 year in a managerial position.
- MBA Preferred; else undergraduate degree (preferably in Marketing/Advertising/Business) with relevant experience
