Sriveda Sattva - Affiliate Program Manager (5-8 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Owning the P&L of the Affiliate Program at Sri Sri Tattva.
2. Planning and budgeting for affiliate acquisition and engagement activities and the overall affiliate program.
3. Responsible for strategy for acquiring affiliates, growing the registered affiliate pool by planning engagement activities.
4. Regularly monitor affiliate program performance and reports, identify opportunities and create growth strategies.
5. Planning content strategy for affiliates and monthly marketing calendar.
6. Design necessary processes to manage the affiliate support team and bring improvements to affiliate system to help the team support the affiliate better.
7. Manage direct and indirect team members in the affiliate program team.
8. Coordinate between internal stakeholders - tech, operations, finance, content teams.
9. Liaise as the POC for external agencies providing services to the affiliate program.
Qualification & Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing/digital marketing/driving a sales program/account management, with at least 1 year in a managerial position.
- MBA preferred; else undergraduate degree (preferably in Marketing/Advertising/Business) with relevant experience.
Skills required:
a. Business development and account management skills.
b. Strong team management and partnership management skills.
c. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
d. Basic knowledge of online campaign management and online ad models is a plus.
