Srivari Spices & Foods - Key Accounts Manager (5-10 yrs)
As a Key Accounts Manager in the FMCG sector, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth within the organization. Your role will involve establishing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and formulating strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prioritize key accounts within the assigned territory.
2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products to key accounts.
5. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
6. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting the needs of key accounts.
7. Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to key accounts.
8. Strong understanding of FMCG industry trends, products, and market dynamics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Candidate should have experience in FMCG Wholesale(General Trade).
2. Need to increase wholesale network / enrollment.
3. Candidate need to work in the open market in whole of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
4. Candidate who have Strong wholesale network and experience is preferable.
5.Willingness to travel, as required.
6.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
