About role :
As a Key Accounts Manager in the FMCG sector, you will be responsible for managing and developing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth within the organization. Your role will involve establishing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and formulating strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Identify and prioritize key accounts within the assigned territory.
2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
3. Serve as the main point of contact for key account clients and address their needs effectively.
4. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
5. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products to key accounts.
6. Generate regular reports on key account performance and sales metrics.
7. Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to key accounts.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotions and marketing materials tailored to key accounts' needs.
8. Negotiate and renew contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with key accounts.
9. Ensure all agreements are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
2. Strong understanding of FMCG industry trends, products, and market dynamics.
3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
5. Willingness to travel, as required.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
