- Urgent Hiring for Ayurveda Sales Executive.
The Job Description and Desired Candidate Profile are as following :
Job Description :
- Arrange appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
- To schedule meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
- Organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
- Business to Customer (B2C) calling and generating qualified leads.
- Should make regular calls & timely follow up with customers in order to motivate/ suggest them to adapt Ayurveda/ Panchakarma/ Naturopathy/ Yoga and ensure maximum sales.
- To promote the company's Ayurveda, Panchakarma & Naturopathy Therapies or Programs through sales and convince clients for consultation with the company's Doctors.
- To prepare and submit daily based sales reports to the company.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff.
- To identify customers' needs and recommending hospital therapies/packages that best fulfill those needs.
- To maintain solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
- Keep detailed records of all clients and update them from time-to-time.
- Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
- Implement all Sales strategies and meet the set targets.
- Plan work schedules, weekly & monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager.
- Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
- Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations.
- Analyze sales data to improve results and ensure effective allocation/ optimum utilization of resources.
- To make Inbound/ Outbound Sales and Cold calling.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Should be graduate.
- Should have relevant work experience of at least 2 years.
- Should have excellent communication skills (both Hindi and English).
- Should have Smart Follow-up Skills.
- Should have Sharp Negotiation Skills.
- Should possess Skill of creating and managing healthy customer relationship.
- Should be good at achieving sales targets.
- Should be able to do multi-tasking and manage time through work prioritization.
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Should have basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Should be able to Prepare reports for sales and marketing.
- Should be willing to join immediately.
