Sri Sri Tattva - Franchise Development Role (3-5 yrs)
- Handle franchise sales business for PAN India location (Micro Franchise model)
- Onboarding partners through different sources of leads and converting them as Franchise sales partners
- Responsible for generating revenue through partners, following up escalations and maintaining the commission data records.
- Manage Franchise sales business for PAN INDIA location.
- Manage account for new Franchise partners, Trained them on systems & making them achieve the business goals.
- Maintain sales report of Franchise to understand the maximum outcomes.
- Visit franchise locations for BTL activities at their targeted pin codes.
- Manage on boarding partners and big clients in terms of revenue management.
- To arrange BTL activities in different locations as a part of new order creation.
- Active participation to handle sales and marketing
