Sri Sri Tattva - Executive - Field Sales (3-5 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Field Sales Executive to join our Ayurveda Wellness Centre team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads and forging partnerships with organizers to facilitate medical camps. The primary focus will be on increasing patient engagement and participation in these camps, aligning with our commitment to holistic well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential organizers, partners, and stakeholders for medical camps, fostering strong B2B relationships.
- Proactively generate leads and opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with medical coordinators & organizers to plan and execute medical camps, ensuring smooth and optimal patient engagement.
- Present our Ayurveda wellness services and offerings to organizers, highlighting the benefits of our holistic approach.
- Negotiate terms, agreements, and partnerships with organizers, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and proposals for organizers.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and camp attendance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide ongoing support to organizers, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring seamless camp coordination.
- Keep updated records of interactions, agreements, and lead status in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of Ayurveda principles and holistic wellness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully generating leads and closing sales deals.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for contributing to the growth of a wellness-focused organization.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales-related tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and medical camps.
