Sri Sri Tattva - Executive - Business Development/Franchise Sales (3-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
- The Business Development Executive for Franchise & Centers will be responsible to increase the brand's footprint, revenue, and profitability through franchise expansion. They will be responsible for identifying and supporting franchisees, as well as ensuring compliance with the franchise agreement.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Identify potential clients : Research and identify potential clients who have the necessary skills, experience, and financial resources to open and operate a successful franchise.
2. Liaise with new clients on a day to day basis and work on creating a successful Business model that fits the best for the clients.
3. Evaluate franchisee applications : Review and evaluate franchisee applications to determine their suitability for the franchise, and conduct initial preliminary discussion with potential franchisees.
4. Survey and Research : Should survey and do market research on potential places and opportunities.
5. Work on Business Models and Presentations : Excel and Power point knowledge is needed to present our offerings and financials as per setup.
6. Negotiate franchise agreements : Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements with approved franchisees, ensuring that all parties are clear on their responsibilities and obligations.
7. Ensure compliance : Monitor and ensure compliance with franchise agreements.
8. Develop and implement franchise expansion strategies : Develop and implement strategies to increase the brand's footprint, revenue, and profitability through franchise expansion.
9. Prepare SOPs for operational effectiveness
10. Site Coordination : Coordinating with clients and internal teams on ongoing projects and also making Site visits as and when required.
11. Will need to work on goals and targets.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in franchise development or a similar role.
3. Knowledge of franchise law, regulations, and best practices.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
5. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others.
6. Proven track record of successfully recruiting and supporting franchisees.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Ability to travel as needed to meet with potential franchisees and support existing ones.
9. Should be very good with Presentations and Excel.
10. Dynamic and fast learner.
