Sri Sri Tattva - Executive - Business Development (2-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1) Build relationships with prospective clients
2) Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
3) Manage sales pipeline
4) Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
5) Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
6) Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities,coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
7) Building business relationships with current and potential clients
8) Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions,responding to client requests for proposals
9) Creating informative presentations,presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, and conferences
10) Creating and maintaining a list/database of current clients; maintaining a database of current client information
11) Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
12) Meeting or exceeding sales goals
13) Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
14) Coordination with the camps/programs
Qualifications :
1) Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales, preferably in the hospitality/service industry
2) Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
3) Experience with lead generation
4) Persuasive and goal-oriented
5) Strong negotiation skills
6) Strong communication and presentation skills
7) Age: 25 years and above
