Job Description :
- Overseeing and developing real estate marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analyzing the data to identify and define Buyers
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- Plan and Implement real estate promotional activities
- Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
- Writing and proofreading creative copy
- Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
- Organizing Sales events and exhibitions
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organization's culture
- Managing campaigns on social media.
- Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
- Staying up to date with product & market knowledge and being able to add value to clientele.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Development and maintain a comprehensive database of clients and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospective customers and help the Sales team to close the lead
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
Who Are We looking for ?
- MBA marketing graduate with min 5+ yrs experience in Real Estate Marketing
- Hands-on experience in residential projects Sales & marketing
- Having knowledge in Hyderabad real estate marketing
- Well-versed with internet/ digital marketing activities
- Energetic personality with a positive attitude
