SR Analytics - Sales Development Executive (1-3 yrs)

Company Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative with a background in the IT industry and a proven track record in B2B sales. The Sales Development Executive will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating and nurturing relationships, and ultimately converting them into valuable opportunities.

Experience : 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales and B2B Sales - US Market (mandatory)

Qualification : BBA/MBA Sales and Marketing/equivalent to related fields.

Job Location : Pune - WFO only

Should be fine working as per EST (USA) timings i.e. 5:00 PM to 02:00 AM IST.

Key Responsibilities :


1. Conduct effective cold calling campaigns to identify and engage potential prospects.

2. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and prioritize follow-ups.

3. Craft compelling copy for email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture relationships.

4. Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers and initiate meaningful connections.

5: Implement rigorous follow-up strategies to ensure consistent engagement with leads and maximize conversion rates.

6. Conduct thorough prospecting activities, including data scraping and data enrichment, to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

7. Develop a deep understanding of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) to tailor outreach strategies effectively.

8. Possess technical understanding, particularly in IT sales, to effectively communicate product offerings and value propositions.

9. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and sales materials to showcase our solutions and address prospect needs.

10. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, addressing prospect pain points and objections effectively.

Qualification :

1. BBA in sales and marketing or Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

2. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales development or a related role in the IT industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

3. Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and a deep understanding of IT solutions and services.

4. Knowledge and experience with Power BI, including data analysis, visualisation, and reporting will be an added advantage.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with prospects effectively.

6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales development tools.

7. Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.

8. Knowledge of the technology industry and emerging trends is a plus.

9. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

10. Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on lead conversion and revenue growth.

11. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
