We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills, communication prowess, and a keen interest in business development. Qualification : BBA/MBA Sales and Marketing/equivalent to related fields.

Job Location : Pune - WFO only

Responsibilities :

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP)

2. Conducting cold calls to prospective clients with confidence, effectively articulating our value proposition, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

3. Maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information.

4. Conducting efficient research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to provide valuable insights for business strategy development.

5. Demonstrating effective copywriting skills to craft compelling email pitches, proposals, and other marketing collaterals.

6. Conducting follow-up calls to nurture leads, address queries, and facilitate the conversion process.

7. Utilising various sources such as websites, LinkedIn, articles, and other online platforms to research prospects and personalise outreach efforts effectively.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (in progress or completed).

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.

3. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

4. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service is a plus.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and online research tools is advantageous.
