We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Presales Executive, focusing on real estate and home loans in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities in the Mumbai real estate market.
- Engage with prospective clients through various channels including calls, emails, and meetings to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive advisory services to clients regarding real estate investment opportunities and home loan options available through Square Yards.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of deals and transactions.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and financial models to clients to showcase the value proposition of Square Yards' offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations to clients.
- Salary upto 40k+ incentives+ quarterly apparel's.
