Job Profile : We are currently seeking for Senior Manager - to manage our portfolio of clients. They will be acting as an interface between our business and clients. They will be required to generate sales leads through an effective personalized service for residential properties. They will be responsible for generation of relationship strategies which produce business value and ensure high client satisfaction. We desire that the individual would be a value addition to our optimistic, committed and driven team.Key Duties and Responsibilities:-

- Ensuring excellent client services.

- Execution of various lead generation activities through self- driven and innovative practice.

- Organizing site visit with clients and coordinating meetings.

- Initiating and implanting the processes of negotiation and closure.

- Carrying out both pre sales and post sales activities ensuring favorable client experience.

- Key client accounts management.

- Administrative responsibilities involving documentation, report generation and analyses.
