Job Summary:

Are you passionate about real estate? As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of making dreams come true. You'll work with clients to buy and sell properties, providing expert guidance and support every step of the way. Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition and Management:

- Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (networking, cold calling, referrals, etc.).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service to meet their needs.

- Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and negotiations.

Market Research and Analysis :

- Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

- Provide clients with accurate information about the market, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.

Sales and Negotiations :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

- Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring a fair and profitable outcome for all parties.

- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements.

Customer Service :

- o Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Guide clients through the entire buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Networking and Business Development :

- o Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.

- Develop and maintain partnerships with other real estate professionals, such as brokers, agents, and developers.

Administrative Tasks :

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, communications, and client interactions.

- Use CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales activities.

Qualifications :

- Education:

- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

Experience :

- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

- Skills and Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

- Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions :

- Work Environment:

- This position primarily involves fieldwork, including property visits, client meetings, and networking events.

- Office-based administrative tasks are also required.
