About this position:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. The Sales Development Representative will generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will be working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to build and execute lead-generation campaigns and to develop and implement strategies for identifying and engaging with prospects.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by conducting research and outreach to potential clients

- Interacting with C-Level executives (CTO, CEO, Founders, and Presidents) through cold calls and cold-emails

- Assessing client requirements and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

- New client acquisition and help them understand the solutions available to the business.

- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to create and implement effective lead-generation strategies

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects using CRM

- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients

- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform lead-generation strategies

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualification

You need to have :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in sales development

- Experience using Sales tools such as Zoho, Hubspot, or similar

- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and a team player.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Self-motivated to work in a team and independently with a results-oriented mindset.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

- Should have sound knowledge of IT sales
