Territory Sales Manager - Individual Contributor


This role is for a real estate company selling projects in Delhi NCR. The person would be working from the office, calling leads, setting up site visits, following up and closing sales. Looking for candidates with B2C Sales experience, willing to be on the field, having their own conveyance, with ability to make calls, show project sites, convince customers and close sales.

It's 100% WFO and Mondays & Tuesdays are fixed offs. Location is only Delhi NCR (no other location options at the moment).

Job Responsibilities :

- Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.

- Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/return and liquidity profile.

- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures

- Identifying customers, give presentation and close the deals independently.

- Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.

- Exploring new business development opportunities by leveraging client relationships developed over the years in previous work assignments.

- Meeting clients & giving investment solutions & designing portfolios for them.

- Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.

- Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.

Achieving sales through lead closures by :

1. Cold calling leads

2. Checking if they are looking to purchase any property

3. Scheduling a meeting/site visit

4. Showing them the site/property in person

5. Doing repeat visits/meetings

6. Following up and

7. Closing sales of properties

Other details :

- Location : Gurgaon

- Work from Office (6=5 days)

- Fixed Weekly Off on Mondays& Tuesdays (Saturdays and Sundays are working)

- Timings : 10 am to 7 pm

A Successful Candidate Must Have :

- Age Criteria - 22 to 29 years

- A Bachelors/PG degree with 1-5 years sales experience

- Sales Experience

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Own conveyance to travel to property sites in Gurgaon (two wheeler/four wheeler). Owing to the large size of the sales team, the company cannot provide vehicles for site visits/meetings.

P.S.: Candidates from non sales background/unwilling to work from office in Gurgaon/unable to work on Saturdays & Sundays/without own vehicle to travel to property sites (two wheeler/four wheeler) kindly do not apply.
