Square Yards - Senior Manager - Sales (5-7 yrs)
- The incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall P&L of his unit
- The incumbent will be responsible for setting up & managing the Sales team
- Should be able to drive and execute a scalable process driven real estate Sales ecosystem
- This includes formulating & executing the overall business plan, hiring the team across levels, engage in Business Development & product identification
- Responsible to control quality of business & implement processes
- Responsible for increasing the market share, motivating, and building effective Relationships both with internal & external stakeholders
- Desirable control span of 150-200 personne
