Squareyards (India's Largest real estate platform) is hiring for a highly motivated Investment Manager to join our team in Pune Kharadi Location.

Package : upto 6 LPA (5 Days working only)

Quarterly Promotion & Quarterly salary hike (upto 16% every quarter)

Incentives based on performance upto 2 Lacs/Month

Minimum work exp. - 6 Months experience

Maximum Age Eligibility - 30 years


- We are looking for candidates who are currently working in a B2C field sales role which involves dealing with clients directly & calling rigorously on New Leads & existing leads to generate monthly revenue.

- This is an full time individual Contributor role , As a Real Estate Specialist you will be - responsible for doing real estate transactions on monthly basis. The ideal candidate should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

- This role will involve outbound calling, managing existing clients, and tracking sales metrics to achieve targets, Additionally, the candidate must be comfortable with traveling within Pune for client meetings.

Responsibilities :

- Build relationships with prospective clients

- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients

- Manage sales pipeline

- Track metrics to ensure monthly targets are achieved.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field

. Strong negotiation/communication and presentation skills

- Possession of a valid Driver's License and a Bike is mandatory.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of real estate development processes

- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided list or database

- Maintain consistent connect with clients and identify upsell opportunities.

- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Track key sales metrics to monitor performance and ensure targets are met.
