Responsibilities & Duties :
- Build good working relationship with Clients
- Calling on leads provided by the company
- Maintain and Develop relationships with developers in person and via telephone calls and e-mails.
- Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring Service standards in line with company polices.
- Calling/Meeting clients for doing need analysis
- Showing properties to potential buyers
- Facilitate negotiation between buyer & seller
- Closing sale and submitting all relevant documents to seller.
