Square Yards - Manager - Sales (4-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of field sales associates and guiding them with finding tenants for properties
- Managing negotiations with Owners and Tenants and ensuring deal closures
- Lead generation through offline real estate network which includes local are whatsapp groups, cold calling etc.
- Helping In property marketing to generate leads
- Ensuring target are achieved
- Ensuring End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads
- Coordinate with the office coordinator for scheduling property site visit to be conducted by field sales associates
- Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant & eventual deal closing
- Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
- Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Proficient in both Hindi & English
- MS office
