Square Yards - Manager - Sales (1-4 yrs)
Role : Sales Manager
Location : Bengaluru
- 2 Wheeler/Vehicle is mandatory
- Banking ,Insurance and Real Estate Candidate's Would be Higlhy Preferred.
CTC : Upto 6.5 LPA
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing a team of field sales associates and guiding them with finding tenants for properties
- Managing negotiations with Owners and Tenants and ensuring deal closures
- Lead generation through offline real estate network which includes local are WhatsApp groups, cold calling etc.
- Helping In property marketing to generate leads
- Ensuring target are achieved
- Ensuring End to end sales of vacant properties to prospective tenant leads
- Coordinate with the office coordinator for scheduling property site visit to be conducted by field sales associates
- Intermediate negotiation processes between the owner & the potential tenant & eventual deal closing
- Maintain and update databases of daily activities as per company standards
- Assist in preparing necessary paperwork/property documentation
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal. Proficient in both Hindi & English

Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
- A graduate from any discipline is preferred
- Minimum 1-4 year of experience in sales in any industry is mandatory
Compensation :
- Incentives based on performance - Major Highlight
- Average Incentives on achieving basic target - 100% of the salary
- No cap on incentives
- Incentives directly proportional to the amount of sales done by the team under the person
