Square Yards - Manager - Business Development/Sales (3-8 yrs)
Sales Manager/ Sr. Sales Manager/ Business Development Managers
- Managing the existing Sales Managers (SM) and ensure they hit target
- Executing new initiatives for better and smooth functioning of team
- Ensuring Sales Associates (SA) motivation and performance
- Ensure regular feedback for SMs and SMs are doing the same with SAs
- Measure and manage team performance with leading indicators; (TAT, Visits)
- Forecasting and preparing targets basis various factors
- Revisiting targets and on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis and figuring out challenges and mitigating them to ensure we hit the target
- Ensuring lead audit is being done on regular basis
- Assessing lead quality & quantity and with marketing team on a daily basis
- Managing Escalations and being the bridge with PM team and Owner sales team
- Collections along with PM team
- Feedback for and from PM Team
- Analysing and communication of inventory requirements
- Implementation of tech and usage of the same as per protocols
- SM and SA training
- Furnishing Targets and hitting the same
- Removing friction in intra and inter functional
- Ensuring fair mechanism of lead allotment to SAs
- Understanding of projects insights

Experience :
- Minimum 3-5 Years of Sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Minimum 1 year of Real Estate experience
Compensation :
- Fixed - 4 - 10 Lacs CTC
- Incentives on sales revenue
