Square Yards - Manager - Business Development (1-10 yrs)
This role is for a Real Estate company, to work from their office in Delhi NCR.
Job Responsibilities
Achieving sales through lead closures by:
1. Cold calling leads
2. Checking if they are looking to purchase any property
3. Scheduling a meeting/site visit
4. Showing them the site/property in person
5. Doing repeat visits/meetings
6. Following up and
7. Closing sales of properties
Other details
- Location : Gurgaon
- Work from Office (6 days)
- Fixed Weekly Off on Mondays (Saturdays and Sundays are working)
- Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Age Criteria- 22 to 33 years
- A Bachelors degree with 1-10 years sales experience
- Sales Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Own conveyance to travel to property sites in Gurgaon (two wheeler/four wheeler). Owing to the large size of the sales team, the company cannot provide vehicles for site visits/meetings.
P.S.: Candidates from non sales background/unwilling to work from office in Gurgaon/unable to work on Saturdays & Sundays/without own vehicle to travel to property sites (two wheeler/four wheeler) kindly do not apply.
