Square Yards - Loan Sales Role (1-4 yrs)
Urgent opening in Square Capital Advisory Services. Looking for candidates with 6 months to 4 yrs experience in Loan Sales - Mumbai Andheri East.

Years of Experience - 06 months - 4 years
Education Qualification - Any Graduate/ Under graduate with minimum 6 months exp. in loan sales.
Location - Mumbai(Andheri East)
Salary : Best as per Industry (up to 3 Lacs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for retaining and expanding the company's base of customers for Mortgage,Home Loan, LAP (Loan Against Property) and facilitate Sales closure.
- Business development and sourcing of home loan customers from various channel partners and Sales force.
- Develop relationships with Builders, Realtors, CA, DSA and corporates to leverage business.
