Job description :
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Job Responsibilities :
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities, maximize revenue generation and lead closures through cold calling, networking, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their concerns.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
- Meet and advise clients on real estate.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.
- Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies
Qualifications :
- Should be a Graduate/B.Tech candidate
- Experience and working knowledge of sales
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
- Have experience of 0-3 years
