Business Development Executive/Manager
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for selling residential and commercial properties.
- Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
- Identifying customers, give presentation and close the deals independently.
- Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.
- Develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.
- Exploring new business development opportunities by leveraging client relationships developed over the years in previous work assignments.
- Strong client focus including pre- and post-sales services for long term wealth retention.
- A self-motivated & passionate individual
- Should have excellent communications skills and high on Emotional Quotient
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- MS office
- Customer relationship
- Sales & amp: Negotiations
- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Confidence
Salary Structures :
- CTC Upto 3 - LPA (50% Fixed & 50% Variable) - 1-2 Year
- CTC Upto 4 -7 LPA for Manager level
Please note that the variable part of the salary is based on the performance. If in any circumstances in any month the employee is unable to achieve the set targets the variable part of his salary is retained by the company, but if in next month he completes his targets. The retained amount is given back with salary of current month and the incentives too. (Incentives based on the selling price of property).
