Square Yards - Executive - Business Development (1-7 yrs)
- Build good Working relationship among Brokers and Clients
- Understand the core values of the company and its goals
- Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities
- Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face
- Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails
- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Respond to incoming e mail and Phone enquiries
- Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
- Advise on forth coming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers
