Square Yards - Executive - Business Development (0-6 yrs)
Note: This is an entry level role so freshers will be preferred for this role belonging to Pune and Bangalore only.
About the role:
As a Business Development Executive at Square Yards, you are required to play a pivotal role in the revenue generation process of the company by acquiring clients through direct and indirect sales, converting leads into transactions, and managing client relationships for long-term retention.
Responsibilities :
- Acquire clients through direct and indirect sales methods.
- Maximize revenue by effectively converting leads into sales.
- Identify potential customers, deliver persuasive presentations, and independently close deals.
- Explore new business opportunities by leveraging existing client relationships.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Previous sales experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid business acumen with attention to detail.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
