Job Description :
- Would be in charge of selling fresh residential properties across Pan India.
- Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for business development.
- Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
- Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales.
- Initiating and implementing process / procedure changes/improvements and ensuring optimal utilization of the available resources.
- Extreme effective business networking.
- Two Wheeler is mandatory for the opportunity.
Salary Structures:
CTC Upto 3 - 3.5 LPA (Include Variable = 1)
Please note that the variable part of the salary is based on the performance. If in any circumstances in any month the employee is unable to achieve the set targets the variable part of his salary is retained by the company, but if in next month he completes his targets. The retained amount is given back with salary of current month and the incentives too. (Incentives based on the selling price of property).
