Job Title: Investment Manager - Sales
Roles and Responsibilities:
- End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
- Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
- Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
- Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.
Skills Required :
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Proficient in both Hindi & English and local language is advantage
- MS office - Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills
- Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence
Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
- A graduate from any discipline is preferred
- 1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.
- Freshers also welcome
