Square Yards - Executive - Business Development (0-3 yrs)
Business Development Sales.
1. Calling + Field Work.
2. You need to sell atleast 1 property in a month. To get salary + incentives
3. If you are unable to sell even 1 property in the month then you will only get basic salary + HRA
4. Work exp should be of minimum 6 months and Graduate with good communication skills.
5. There is no Salary bracket, it may vary depending upon how is your previous work/internship experience and or how you crack your interview.
6 Build a good Working relationship with Clients and understand the core values of the company and its goals.
7. Present the product favorably and in a structured professional manner over the call, along with maintainence and development of relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and emails.
8. Follow up with potential customers to prospect for new business.
9. Advise on forth coming product developments & develop Square Yards as a brand by ensuring Service standards in line with company policies.
