Overview:


You will be responsible for the end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties, utilizing marketing leads provided by the company. You will conduct site visits for interested clients, manage negotiations, and ensure successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties

- Calling leads, talking with the buyers, convincing, negotiation, closing deal, site visit field sale

- Conduct site visits for interested clients

- Handle negotiations with buyers and close deals

- Achieve weekly target of 3-4 site visits

Skills & Qualifications:

- A graduate from any discipline

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English

- Proficiency in Hindi and local languages is a plus

- Strong customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills

- Proficient in MS Office

- Must currently be employed or serving the notice period
