- The incumbent will be responsible for setting up & managing the Sales team
- Should be able to drive and execute a scalable process-driven real estate Sales e-co system
- This includes formulating & executing the overall business plan, hiring the team across levels, engaging in Business Development & product identification
- Should be smart, confident, Enthusiastic, Self-motivated
- An individual with immense ownership, flexibility, agility & ability to pivot - Responsible to control the quality of business & implement processes
- Desirable control span of 50-70 personnel.
