- The incumbent will be responsible for managing the overall P&L of his unit.
- The incumbent will be responsible for setting up & managing the Sales team.
- Should be able to drive and execute a scalable process driven real estate Sales ecosystem.
- This includes formulating & executing the overall business plan, hiring the team across levels, engage in Business Development & product identification.
- Responsible to control quality of business & implement processes.
- Responsible for increasing the market share, motivating, and building effective Relationships both with internal & external stakeholders.
- Desirable control span of 50-70 personnel.
