Square Yards - Area Sales Manager (5-7 yrs)
Job responsibilities:
Coaching :
1. Assisting team members reach their full Sales potential as a main objective.
- Ability to support and motivate sales agents, ensuring the success factor within their deals
2. Revisiting targets and on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis and figuring out challenges and mitigating them to ensure we hit the target
3. Ensuring Sales Associates (SA) motivation and performance.
Team Management :
- Oversee the Sales team target and handle any issues pertaining to respective team members reaching close towards his target figures
- Ensure regular feedback for SAs
- Managing Escalations and being the bridge with PM team and Owner sales team
- Feedback for and from Property Management Team
- Measure and manage team performance with leading indicators; (TAT, Visits)
Business Acumen :
- A thorough understanding of a business, along with its achievements, objectives and goals to drive Sales. A strategic thinking with managerial mindset is pre-requisite
- Understanding of projects insights
- Analysing and communication of inventory requirements
- Collections along with Property Management team
