Square Select Estates - Head - Sales (1-10 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Head to oversee our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead independently and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective sales efforts.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior sales role with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience in the real estate sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
