Square Select Estates - Head - Marketing (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing who excels in growth marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative growth marketing strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead independently and is capable of scaling to a co-founder level role as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead and manage all aspects of growth marketing, including PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and referral programs.
- Design and run A/B tests to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, email campaigns, and other marketing assets.
- Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, client management, and creative, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a strong focus on growth marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and scale marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
