Square Panda - Manager - Client Servicing (6-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement business plan and strategies
- Plan, organize, and onboard new client orders
- Develop and implement policies and procedures necessary for meeting the requirements of clients and ensuring a satisfied clientele
- Coordinate with the client and assist the Dir in the client meetings
- Assist in resolving clients- issues/problems and proffering solutions effective for a satisfactory resolution
- Proffer recommendations to clients and aid them in selecting our products/services
- Contact clients to ensure they are satisfied with received products and services
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure their work operations align with the objectives of the client services unit
- Communicate with clients to identify their preferences and facilitate the process to meet their needs and expectations
- Carry out surveys and research to evaluate customer satisfaction level and discover better techniques for ensuring a satisfied customer base
Desired Profile :
- Proven experience of min 6 years in Servicing Manager role from the Edu-Tech industry.
- Ability to mining the business
- Leadership Skills, Mature
- Good communication and thorough understanding of diverse business & strategy
- Should be Tech Savvy- MS, PowerPoint, Excel
- This position will require frequent traveling and to be on tip of your toes
