Square Panda - Intern - Customer Service (0-1 yrs)
1. Answer inbound/incoming calls and chats and make outbound calls
2. Manage client communications through email or phone
3. Follow up potential prospects through regular emails and outbound calls
4. Coordinate with in-house core development/software team/department for on time delivery from time to time
5. Build long term relationship with the client for future projects
Who can Apply?
1. Anyone who has ever worked in any US/UK/India process inbound or outbound in any international BPO/KPO
2. Or, if you are a graduate and have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
3. If you're proficient in oral communication in Kannada
Other Requirements/Key Skills:
1. Excellent spoken and written communication skills
2. A good listener- having patience to listen to the problem/requirement to pitch the right solution to the prospect
3. Very basic understanding of the internet, like what are domain names, hosting, servers etc. rest training will be provided
4. Knowledge of any CRM, chat tools and technical interface is a plus point
5. Ability to learn new tool as and when required
6. Team player with the ability to learn new things
