Job Description for CSM :
1) Understanding the business of all the clients and their association with us.
2) Handling multiple accounts up-to 10.
3) Managing the day to day work, escalations, training of clients, deliveries of projects etc need to be done.
4) Helping in strategy building of the clients.
5) Zero churn every month.
6) High CSAT of > 9 on average from any client.
7) Escalation handling and effective resolution from any client that might come.
8) Ability to build processes for getting the final result from any situation. Long term planning.
9) Ability to handle very high pressure situations.
