We are looking for a high-performing Corporate Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and ensuring that targets are met and exceeded on a regular basis. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for meeting the Corporate/Marketing heads/ CEO of top industries to establish relationships
- Source leads from various Offline & Online channels across geographies in India & Globally
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance
- Acting as a company representative in trade shows and other related events
Required Skills :
- Bachelor or Master's degree in any field. About 1-3 years of experience in the field of sales is required.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
