What are we looking for?
At SPYNE, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That's why we are giving an extremely amazing opportunity to all the talented Sales Folks out there. We're looking for talented and ambitious AEs excelling in Enterprise Saas Sales who can manage a high-velocity sales cycle while also implementing newly signed Spyne customers.
At Spyne, our fundamental belief is that our AEs would set the first line of communication with prospects, with a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closures up for success. As an AE at Spyne, you should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. We firmly believe every potential customer is an opportunity for us to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
What You Will Do?
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce (our CRM solutions) or others to accurately forecast revenue
- Build a strong relationship with Enterprise accounts to convert leads into revenue
- Hands on experience in Hunting and Farming Enterprise clients
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
- Run sales calls with short deck presentations and detailed product demo
- Close business and achieve sales quota consistently
- Investigate, qualify, pursue, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet or exceed revenue quota.
- Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our industry landscape to bring excellence
- Work closely with your customers to ensure a smooth transition onto the Spyne app
What you must have?
- Bachelor's/Master's management degree preferably in Sales
- 3 - 5 years of sales experience, particularly dealing with Enterprise accounts
- Experience in working with Ecommerce companies is an added advantage
- Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota
- Demonstrated track record of success (top 10% of sales org)
- Previous experience selling SAAS products to Enterprise customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop senior-level relationships (functional and C-suite) to drive effective sales conversations relevant to customer demands and business drivers.
- Ability to tailor communication to the clients' needs to drive customer centricity
