SPS Technocrats - Manager - Business Development (2-9 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business or management
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working experience with sales techniques
